Tips and Advices Practice the little jump in step 2 to find out how far you need to put your standing leg forward. Don't push the ball too much to the outside in step 3. This would make it harder to control the ball or continue to dribble. Don't start the Adriano when the ball is too close to your standing leg. You wouldn't get the ball around fast enough. |
