The Half Around the World Soccer Tutorial

Half Around the World

The Half Around the World soccer trick is used in freestyle routines. Half Around the World, or HATW, is derived from the Around the World.

The main difference between Half Around the World and Around the World, is that you use both your feet in Half Around the World and only one foot in Around the World.

Tips and Advices

If you can't succeed in step 4, put the ball on your foot by using your hands. Stalling the ball is what it's about in this move.

Try to stand in a comfortable position. Balancing the ball for only a minute can already cause slight muscle cramps if you're in an uncomfortable position.

When you've mastered the Foot Stall, it's time to take it a step further. To increase your skill, try to hop around. This increases your stalling skill.
