Tips and Advices

To flick the ball over your head, lean a bit forward.

Jump a little bit in step 2 to get some extra time to swing your legs.

Don't jump too high, or else you'll have to flick the ball up even higher.

Step 1
Get the ball between your feet and get as much grip as possible.

Step 2
Swing both your legs up. Start with your feet and follow up with your knees.

Step 3
Flick the ball over your head and control it.
